This module provides students with clarity on the unique functions and collaboration of a cohesive research team. Students will learn the roles and responsibilities of an acquisition manager, researcher, and dialer, gaining an understanding of how this team works together to target, analyze, and acquire prime real estate.

Key Business Structures

Provides a general overview of the six types of business legal structures. After completing the first module, students will understand the various types of business structures as well as the characteristics that make them suitable for some companies but unfit for others. Additionally, students will learn how to obtain an Employer Identification Number.

Wholesaling Next Steps: Titles, Contracts, and Closings

Students learn important real estate terminology, methods for determining property value, the role of title companies, components of contracts, and how to choose between assignment deals and double closings.

Finding the Right Purchase Price and Cash Buyers

Students will learn how to determine the price of a property using market analysis, research techniques, and mathematical tools. They will also acquire knowledge on how to find cash buyers.

Real Estate Advisors

This module provides an invaluable resource for students to understand the role of advisors including mortgage brokers, financial advisors, estate planners, and attorneys. Through this module, students will gain insight into the importance of advisors in the real estate business and how an advisor can be the underlying factor between the success and failure of a business.

Areas of Real Estate

Students will explore real estate career paths including flipper, landlord, wholesaler, real estate agent, and real estate broker.

Neighborhoods to Target

Describes different types of neighborhoods and the best areas for investment. Students will be well-versed in various types of neighborhoods, ranging from war zones to high-end areas, in order to identify the areas with the highest potential for appreciation and return on investment.

Strategies to Sell a Property

This module will instruct students on how to sell a property quickly. Students will learn how to effectively list a property on the Multiple Listing Service, Craigslist, Facebook, and design bandit signs. They will learn how to generate as much interest as possible in their property listing to increase their chances of a timely, profitable, and successful sale.

Connecting with Outside Contractors 

This module teaches the fundamental networking skills required in the real estate industry. Students will learn how to cultivate meaningful relationships and maintain a robust network of contacts that will contribute to their professional success.
